Jakarta, 8 March 2023 – Today PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and became the 24th issuer to list its shares on the IDX so far this year. This historic day was marked by a ceremony held at the Main Hall of the IDX. President Director of CUAN, Michael, President Commissioner of CUAN, Erwin Ciputra, attended this event with members of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Directors and accompanied by Underwriters who assisted the Company in the IPO process, Henan Putihrai Sekuritas and BRI Danareksa Sekuritas. On this occasion, the President Director of CUAN, Michael, said that the Company really appreciates the tremendous enthusiasm from the public for CUAN’s first debut in the capital market.
